After your event, simply gather all items and we'll take care of everything after that.

Our team will assess the extent of the damage and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements.   • Yes, we do offer setup and takedown services for all rental equipment for an additional fee. Our professional team will ensure everything is safely and correctly installed before your event and promptly removed afterward. This allows you to focus on enjoying your event while we handle the logistics. Please contact us for a quote based on your specific rental and event details. 

    Please note
    that Setup and takedown for our canopies are included in the price of each canopy rental—no extra fee required for those.
